Prompt contact from initial enquiry. Very professional. Engineer Harry, walked me through the mechanics of the test that he was doing and explained logically and clearly. Good visuals on the report. Polite and professional. Appointments booked were always followed up by an email and checks to confirm whether the dates were still convenient. Luke Blake and his team did a whole house rewiring for myself and was recommeded by a friend. Great breakdown of the quote, the start date and times that were given were kept, very punctual and trustworthy, kept me in the loop on a daily basis also cleaned up daily before leaving and disruption kept to a minimum, answered all my questions no matter how silly. I am 101% happy with the outcome. My family and friends were very impressed and commented how neat and tidy his work is and they will use him in the future. I highly recommend Luke. He was very helpful throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way. He took the time to explain the EICR report clearly and made sure I understood the findings. He was also kind enough to recommend a reliable Gas Safe engineer for the boiler inspection.
